Hello and Welcome to the FCST online volunteer registration system.

Directions for signing up are listed below.



First; a few reminders;



This Sign Up is for a meet we are HOSTING so all families must work. Families with swimmers in the White, Red,and Blue groups must work AT LEAST 1 shift. Families with swimmers in all other groups must work AT LEAST 2 SHIFTS.

Even if your child IS NOT swimming in this meet, you must work at this meet. You may be asked to work additional shifts if the timeline runs longer than expected or if all shifts are not covered

Food and drink donations are in addition to the work tasks listed. Food and drink donations are split between different swim groups. Your parent rep will contact you if food and drink donations are needed

ALL VOLUNTEERS SHOULD READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS 3 PAGE SYSTEM:
  1. Please submit ONE FORM for EACH INDIVIDUAL!!!  Do not sign up in pairs or groups.
  2. Your first name, last name AND email address together designate your identity to this system so please choose ONLY ONE EMAIL ADDRESS to use when signing up.
  3. SPELL your names and email CAREFULLY!!! Letter capitalization doesn't matter.
  4. Volunteer for one or more jobs by clicking the boxes to the left of the job rows and then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.
  5. You will then be given an opportunity to confirm your selections.
